You can park up at the Hawthorns, west Bromwich and get the tram or the train by return to Snow Hill station. It is a 10 minute walk across centenary square and up Broad Street to the Sea Life centre. The carpark is free, otherwise the nearest is at the Nia or you can try the multi-storey in Cambridge street which is 5 minutes from the ICC and over the bridge to the Sea life centre.
