Where would you draw the line between being nice and sympathetic and being detached?
Apathetic, Caring and empathetic? The difference is; apathetic- having little interest or concern for something or someone, seemingly emotionless Caring- to feel interest or concern seemingly emotional Empathy- being aware of and understanding in relation to an others thoughts, feelings and concerns, connecting to others on an emotional and psychological level. Often times apathy derives or comes from a feeling of frustration and or inferiority and brings a result of something, numb, empty, emotionless or uncaring. More often than not caring is a result of relating to or wanting to relate to another and connecting to how they feel. Empathy is the ability to visualize, internalize and feel what another may feel. The problem is that you are enabling (making it possible for) the negative people to strongly influence you with their negative behavior (not that you are but they are and it is getting to you) and that is frustrating you because you are feeling hopeless and now if you want to g
