The most popular place for an exhaust is to run it out below the gunnels (through the hull). Two key things to note are that the exhaust should be atleast 300mm above the waterline, and you should have a “swan neck” in the exhaust to prevent possible water ingress / flooding that could damage your Wallas hob or oven.
