Where would I map contributions paid by a school back to the LA in order to help match fund some Standards Fund?

As schools have to “spend” money to make this contribution to the LA for an increased Standards Fund, the expenditure should be recorded in CFR. The amount the schools contribute to the seed challange or match fund from their revenue budget share should be capitalised through E30 – CI04, Direct revenue financing, then shown as an expense in the relevant Capital expenditure code CE01 – CE04.
