Where would I get a custom wheel spacer made?
Maddog is actually right in a way. As long as your axel diameter is nearly the same as the inner diameter of a piece of aluminum pipe or tube, you can use that approach. That’s exactly what a machine shop is going to do anyway before completely making you a custom part. You could also go to a motorcycle salvage yard and ask them if you can go out with a calipers and take some measurements of what’s out there. I just had a local public school do some work for me. They just did it as part of a classroom demonstration and didn’t charge me a dime.
