Where would be a good place for a miniature golf course in Nebraska?

I have always wanted to open up a miniature golf course and was wondering where you think would be a good location for such business in Nebraska. It seems Omaha and Lincoln have enough miniature golf. I’m not familiar with other cities in Nebraska having only lived in Omaha for a short time. What about Columbus, Freemont, Grand Island, Kearney, or Scottsbluff.
