Where will the Winter Haven ILC be located?
The 1,250 acres of land that CSX has the right to acquire from the City of Winter Haven is south of and immediately adjacent to the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant on Pollard Road and west of the CSX rail line. The access to the parcel of land will be via a public roadway to be established from SR 60 across Old Bartow Lake Wales Road to the southern boundary of the site.
