Where will the wells be drilled?
Caffey/Titan has confirmed that they secured a drill site on the horse farm located southwest of the corner of Cooper and Green Oaks. Caffey/Titan currently plans to locate all the wells for the entire neighborhood there. This drill site itself will be slightly northwest of the intersection of Beady and Cooper, toward the east side of the land. You should be aware that the owner of the drill site is contributing ½% of your royalties.
