Where will the notification be mailed?
If you are a registered shareholder, your notification will be mailed to the address our transfer agent, EquiServe Trust Company, N.A. has on file. To verify the accuracy of your address, you can contact EquiServe directly at 800-446-2617. If you hold your shares in a brokerage account in the broker’s name, the additional shares will be sent directly to your broker.
