Where will the funding come from? How much has already been raised or promised?
Funding will come from the private sector through a development partner. A number are being considered, but the preferred partner, which is expected to be a specialist leisure developer. We expect there to be the need for sponsorship and benefaction in addition in order to be able to achieve the quality and authenticity, especially of the new Crystal Palace itself, we intend. There have been a lot of discussions with banks and other parties with good indications that funding will be forth coming when discussions with LB Bromley as the landowner have progressed further. We are making very good progress in that regard. Appropriate security on the land is key for any investor.
