Central Louisiana residents who want a chance to appear in a motion picture have one more chance to make it happen. The second and final local casting call for “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde” will be Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Alexander Fulton Inn in downtown Alexandria. “We’re encouraging folks to come out who have an interest in being in the film,” said Bill Hess, Alexandria’s economic development director. “They are looking for extras and they are looking for some speaking roles, as well.” “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde” could start filming as soon as this fall, depending on actors’ schedules. Hilary Duff and Kevin Zegers are slated to play the title roles. Up to 10 days of the eight-week shoot will be in Alexandria, where downtown buildings will serve as locations for 1930s Chicago and Dallas, said producer Tonya Holly. Alabama-based Cypress Moon Studios is searching for actors to appear in the film, “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde.” The movie about Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, the 1930s outlaw couple notorious for their bank robberies and violent crimes, is slated for filming in Natchez.
