Where will the e-learning take place?
Microsoft e-learning is delivered over the Web, so modules can be accessed easily from a computer with a high-speed Internet connection. People who do not have computer and Internet access at home may be able to use computers at Arkansas Workforce Centers (subject to availability). Individuals are encouraged to use computers at other public facilities as well, such as local libraries (subject to the library’s rules), computer labs, etc. A computer with Internet connection, Office 2007 and a personal email address are needed to complete training. If you have a computer without Office 2007, you can download a free time-limited trial copy NOTE: For customers who choose to complete online modules or prepare for certification using Office 2003 and 2007, Arkansas Workforce Center computers may not be an option due to limited software versions and availability.
