Where will the construction walkways be placed and what parking obstructions will be encountered during construction?
The construction zone for the porject will be clearly marked by fence that runs east and north of the building near Universtiy Apartments and south near Inner Loop Road. Once construction begins, the visitor log will not be available for use. During the first phase of construction, we anticipate that the north doors will remain as the primary entrance to the complex from the Union parking lot. During the second phase, the entrance will shift to the south east corner of the building. At all times, the contractor must provide access to the main complex and dining facilities.
