Where will the bridal party dress?
Our favorite strategy is for the entire bridal party to dress at their inn or home. The bridesmaids, groom, and groomsmen can arrive at the same time as the guests. The guests will be directed to the upper deck, while the bridal party will relax on the main deck. The bride should arrive literally moments before the Lantern Queen is to sail. Her car should be driven all the way down the pier to the Lantern Queen. This discreet arrival will add to the drama, keeping her appearance hidden until she begins her walk down the aisle!
