Where will State Road 9B – Phase One connect to U.S. 1?
Two intersections will be constructed with U.S. 1 just south of Bayard, a little over a mile south of Old St. Augustine Road. One intersection will allow north- and southbound motorists on U.S 1 to access northbound State Road 9B, and the other intersection will provide southbound State Road 9B motorists access to north- and southbound U.S. 1.
