Where will my Ticket / Voucher be delivered if address is changed?
Your ticket / voucher will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking on our website or offline. In case there is a change in your delivery address after your transaction has been completed, kindly contact HEAT Team member to inform about the change. Though we do not guarantee that the ticket will be delivered on the revised address, but we will try for the same in case shipment has already been dispatched.
