Where will my callers be sent to, once they reach a SmartExtension?
When a caller is transferred to a SmartExtension, you have the option of sending them to that SmartExtension’s Voicemail, or forwarding them to an external telephone number (referred to as Destination Number). This enables you to answer calls coming into your SmartExtension. eVoice Receptionist gives you the ability to forward your calls to up to three Destination Numbers (i.e. external telephone numbers). You may set each SmartExtension to connect to your Destination Numbers (i.e. external numbers) sequentially or simultaneously.
