KANA and Brick Street are committed to making the transition as seamless as possible for customers. For 2008, current KMA, KFA, and Connect customers will continue to receive level-one support from KANA though the end of their current maintenance contracts. Once customers renew their maintenance agreements, support will be provided by Brick Street. Upon renewal, each customer’s open incident records will be transferred to Brick Street.
