Where will CoHo be located?
CoHo has entered into an agreement with Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services who holds an option on 6.8 acres of land on Crystal Lake Drive at Alexander. The site is about 1/3 open meadow and 2/3 trees with a lovely mix of maples, hawthorns and firs. The land is just one block from public transportation and an easy bicycling distance of less than two miles to downtown Corvallis.
