Where will CBT delivery be administered?
The computer-based delivery of the 2002 Series GED Tests will be added to the current paper-based delivery mode on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis. We will begin with a small group of jurisdictions – a cohort – to refine the process in close collaboration with each Administrator and add other jurisdictions. Initially, the computer-based version of the GED Tests will be offered through our technology partner, Pearson VUE, and their extensive network of test sites. Testing centers meeting the technology, quality, and security requirements (including Official GED Testing Centers wishing to participate) will be authorized to offer the test in collaboration with each GED Administrator.
