Where will boat owners store their trailers?
Laramar has invested millions of dollars to create a beautiful, upscale apartment community. Being the only apartment community with direct water access in the area, we expect that our residents will be those who value the outdoor amenities and quality of life provided at the property. There will be a private, fenced storage area for trailers at the complex. The fence will be designed as a barrier blocking the trailers from sight from the road and the area will be landscaped and maintained. Alternatively, we are investigating opportunities for nearby, off-site storage for trailers.
