WHERE & WHEN DOES THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEET?
The Board of County Commissioners standard meeting dates are the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, except when holidays or budget hearings require that a meeting is scheduled on the third Tuesday of the month, at 5 p.m. in the Commission Chambers on the Fifth Floor of the County Courthouse, 301 S. Monroe Street. Board meetings are also televised on cable channel 16 and can be heard live on the Internet.
