Where were the mass of complaints, concerning Katie Hopkins nasty anti-Protestant diss on The Wright Stuff?
Oh good grief… the Wright Stuff. There’s no masses of complaints because most people know this to be a show hosted by an arrogant, self obsessed tosspot and accordingly don’t watch it. Besides, I’m a Protestant (Church Of Scotland, thanks for asking) and I personally reckon the describing the Orange Order as a bunch of idiots in total would be a reasonable statement. The only thing I find technically wrong about her statement is that there’s a sizable contingent of Orange Lodges is central Scotland so not all members are Irish. And the Orange Order call themselves British in any case. And the other case in point is this. Perhaps most of the people who’ve seen this nonsense have decided that Katie Hopkins (who the hell is she anyway?) is a bigoted little idiot and can be safely ignored with all the other irrelevant people. Oh… I’ve checked… that’s why I’d never heard of her. Reality television ‘celebrity.
