Where we can get GPS(Global Positioning System)instrument for surveying the land.?
By saying “suveying the land”, you are implying you want millimeter accuracy. So forget about Garmin or any other handheld device. Survey-grade GPS receivers are NOT cheap. They will cost on the order of tens of thousands of dollars. Furthermore, you need more than one. You’ll also need the necessary software to process the data (which will usually be another several thousand dollars). There aren’t many companies that make survey-grade GPS receivers. The major ones are Trimble, Ashtech (Thales), Topcon (Javad), Leica, and Novatel. Are you a surveyor or have survey training?? (it sounds like you are not). Survey-grade GPS receivers require a certain amount of training and experience to use properly. So just buying these types of receivers isn’t enough. I strongly suggest that if you don’t have the surveying/geodetic background that you higher a surveyor to do the job. (if you were in the US, then there are legal implications as well which means that you MUST higher a licensed surveyor)
