The Mind Screen was developed over the last six years by interdisciplinary mental health professionals in both Australia and the US. The Harvard School of Medicine and the Wayne State School of Medicine are further researching the replacement of 1st Generation screening tools with the 3rd Generation Mind Screen and are seeking quantification of the greater cost-effectiveness for patients and improved patient-practitioner relationships that result from the use of the Mind Screen.
