As of 7:45 a.m., Chicago Police told CBS 2’s Susan Carlson they were “preliminarily” identifying the body as Scott’s based on a photo, but official confirmation would need to come from his family. A car found parked near the river also reportedly belonged to Scott, although the license plate on the Cadillac was blocked. Published reports said the car was his. Just before 8 a.m., the Rev.
