It is supposed to be a glass and a half of full cream milk in half a pound of chocolate. But a glass and a half of milk weighs over 1 1/2 lbs, so it is probably a glass and a half of dehydrated milk. But a little while back Cadburys got into trouble for salmonella in their chocolate, and the authorities would not allow them to put the glass in the chocolate, and I’m sure Cadbury’s wouldn’t do that because they would stop selling their chocolate if it had glass in. I’ve learnt quite a bit due to your question, especially about the weight of milk, I have sent Cadbury’s an email. http://www.cadburyschweppes.
