This was a somewhat surprising conclusion reached by consultants for the Metropolitan Planning Organization, which held a public information meeting Tuesday night. The bridge debate between the two cities recently has centered on 17th Avenue South and 32nd Avenue South in Grand Forks as potential locations for a new bridge.
