I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology at Trinity University in San Antonio in 1976. I then went on to Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena) and graduated with a Masters of Divinity in 1981. While serving a church in Michigan, I completed a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan (Flint) in 1987.
