Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect, interior designer, writer and also an educator. He was born in the farming town of Richland Center, Wisconsin, US on June 8, 1867. His birth name was Frank Lincoln Wright. He changed his name after his parents divorce to honor his mother’s Welsh family, the Lloyd Joneses.
