The paycheck or direct deposit advice and the W-2 are mailed to the Home Address as shown in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The employee can use Employee Self Service/HRIS to view personal data including the home address where paychecks, advices and W-2s are mailed. In HRIS, authorized departmental personnel may go to Administer Workforce > Administer Workforce (GBL) > Use > Personal Data. Then enter the employee ID number or Name, click the “Include History” box and click the “Search” button. Select the “Address” tab. The “Home Address” listed is the address to which the check or advice was mailed.
