Carly was born and raised in Vancouver,British Columbia, Canada. Vancouver is located in the westernmost region of Canada, directly north of Washington State, and about a 3 hour flight from Los Angeles During the filming of “Popular”, Carly lived in her own apartment in Los Angeles, California. Her brother also lived with her for awhile. She has now moved back to Canada.
