He was born in Kenya when his mother was 17. His mother was not permitted to fly on a plane back to America because she was heavily pregnant. When she had Barack, she went back to America and registered a birth certificate in Hawaii. Phil Berg is asking for a birth certificate because the existing one is a forgery.
