Other than Trophy Garden, there isn’t a way to get a Ditto. I’m not sure if you can use the Global Terminal in a Pokemon Platinum hack game or even Wi-Fi at all. If it can, you just simply need to “see” a Ditto and record it into your Pokedex. Then you have the ability to browse for a Ditto in the Global Terminal in Jubilife City. Hacked games are different, so i’m unsure if the info i posted is correct. Hope this helps!
