Vickery is one of the best South American correspondents I have heard in quite some time. I also listen to him on the podcasts and read his articles online and on world soccer magazine. I follow South American footy very closely and he is normally dead on accurate with his assessments. If your in the USA, there are key channels you should look for Fox Sports en Español which shows Argentine Football and there is a highlight show and is the key channel for Copa Sudamericana and Copa Libertadores GOL TV shows quite a few games from South American leagues including Brasil, Colombia and Ecuador. ESPN Deportes is another channel that has decent highlights and shows dedicated to Latin American leagues, mainly Mexico. Look out for Deportes when 2010 World Cup Qualifiers are going on for South America…they will show one live game and the rest on tape delay.
