Where to start on a lawn with lots of weeds and little grass?
Hey Nick, Start with an herbicide to kill everything. If you only have weeds, then use KILLZALL according to label instructions. After the period that is detailed on the label, then rake away the dead plants, scratch the surface or turn it over and follow the instructions for planting the type of lawn seed you want. Depending on where in the country you are, you may want to take a quick study on Grasses that are possible. Southern Turf grass is different than Northern Turf.
