Where to renew my malaysia passport in singapore or in JB?
You cannot renew your passport but you can apply for a new one. Make sure the validity is 6 months and above. If you have the time, make a trip to JB early in the morning and Q but if you feels lazy, make a morning trip to jervios, where the Malaysian High Comm is. Go to the security counter and obtain a pass, go straight and pick up your form and Q for your Q number. Once your get the Q number then take picture there (they some sort of funny rules nowadays cos they told me i cannot put on my glasses the last time). Wait for your number and they charge (based on their exchange rate). The current rate is RM300. You have to pay by NETS in S$. Normally you can collect on the very day (in the afternoon) after 2pm BUT please… be there by about 7am so that you can be the first few in the Q.
