If you had purchased the product from FlipAlbum.com, the Product Activation Key is found in the Order Confirmation e-mail that was sent from support@flipalbum.biz to your registered e-mail address the same day the purchase was made. Alternatively, you may retrieve it from http://www.flipalbum.com/support/lostpak/. If you had purchased the box product from a retail store, the Product Activation Key is found on the CD jewel case. And if you had registered the box product, you may also retrieve it from http://www.flipalbum.com/support/lostpak/. You will be prompted for your registered e-mail address, and the Product Activation Key will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please note that this applies to registered products only.
