I know of 2 money changers at Jurong Point, in case you live in the West. Jurong Point is located in the west. The 2 money changers are both located at Basement 1 of the mall. The currency exchange is quite alright, provided you don’t need to travel that far. But People’s Park Mall is seriously the best!
