Where to find the Battery or Fuse in Resident Evil 3?
In order to find the Battery in Resident Evil 3 you must first locate the statue of the Mayor. In his hands will be a Book. Take the book from the statue and bring it to the place outside of the diner where water is gushing and electricity is flying. Place the Book in the appropriate slot and remove the Compass that is next to that slot. Carry the Compass back to the statue and place it in his hands. The statue will rotate granting you access to the Battery. Using this in the elevator found up the steps in the area where you encounter 2 “Spider Thingies” (there is a crate suspended in the ceiling that you can shot down and a map on one of the walls) will power up the elevator eventually leading to the Fuse as well.
