Where to find support groups, medical answers?
Mitch Golant, Ph.D.: You can log on to www.thewellnesscommunity.org and there are some other resources to draw from. Often, a cancer center will offer support groups where you receive treatment. Also, the county psychological associations will have a division of health psychology that will have support groups. A college associated with a treatment center may offer support groups. There are other organizations, like the Komen Foundation, or the American Cancer Society website at www.cancer.org, and, of course, www.breastcancer.org.
