Where to file I-485 for DV-2005 winner ?
Hi, I’m a DV-2005 winner with current rank number. Should I file with local Baltimore office, or should I send the documents to Vermont Service Center ? Thanks for the help. If you send it to the Vermont Center it is not a problem. It will only be delayed for about a month. As a matter of fact, today I went to local office. But the INS person told me to send it to Vermont. I told her that the KCC letter says “go to local office”. But she still did not take it. I’m a little bit nervous Vermont may sit on it.
