Where to buy Pompano fish in the United Kingdom?!?
I am a former chef from Canada, and I worked in Jamaica years ago, now as for fresh, maybe, but more likely frozen, either at an Asian shop or Caribbean one Jamaicans and Trinidadians like it to, check around, call them up and as if they have it fresh or frozen, here in North America we can get it both ways, I live in Toronto ON and we have a large Asian and Caribbean community’s so it is available in one form all year round, ask the fish monger, if he does not carry it ask if they are any ethnic fish shops around, in larger city’s like London, Liverpool, Manchester and so on with there ethnic community’s, it may be available in some form.
