Where to buy bulk timothy hay?

I have two chinchillas and their diet includes hay. I’ve found the cheapest (and best quality) hay is purchased from a feed store or something similar in bulk and then stored and used as needed (i.e. not at a pet store or somewhere similar where it’s packaged in small amounts and marked up a lot). I’m looking for some place to buy timothy hay, a half-bale or maybe a bale at a time. If anyone knows of a place like that around SA and could point me in the right direction I’d be grateful.
