The ECM is on the passenger’s side floor where the floor pan is curved up to become the firewall. To get at it you remove any floor mats then look for a plastic retainer screw that holds the carpet in place. Unscrew that retainer, pull the carpet back and you’ll see the metal protective cover for the ECM. A few 10 mm nuts later and you are in.
