Residents may deliver yard waste, free of charge, to: The Bloomington Composting Facility, 1351 Bloomington Road (just west of Leslie Street) in Richmond Hill, April 1st – November 30th, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (excluding Statutory Holidays) For more information contact the York Region Waste Management Division at 1-877-464-9675 ext. 5721.
