Where should the State of Georgia FIDM forms and files be sent?
For security purposes all media must be sent via a secured traceable method. Examples of these methods are Federal Express, UPS Ground Track, etc. All Financial Institution Data Match Program media must be sent to: Electronic Parent Locator Network, TransFirst, Inc., 3988 N. All FIDM Forms must be sent to: Georgia Department of Human Resources, Office of Child Support Enforcement, 2 Peachtree Street, 20th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303, ATTN: Janice Alford, Agency FIDM Coordinator.
