WHERE SHOULD THE LICENSED AND ORDAINED MINISTERS PAY THEIR TITHES?
Should a Minister pay tithes? He most certainly should. Abraham paid tithes to Melchisedec. Now, you are going to say, “Oh, Brother Rayl, this does not refer to ministers.” That s what you think.
