Where should the court go to address bandwidth concerns?
The AO is implementing a frame relay system for Internet access to and from the courts, including CM/ECF. In summary, any technical concerns, including bandwidth should be first directed to the Court s Help Desk/Systems Staff. Upon issue identification, the Court s Help Desk/Systems Staff may escalate to SDSD, Network Management Facility or Sprint. Information may be found in the CM/ECF Readiness Kit, Section 6.3, Local Lines of Communication, and 6.4, Escalation Protocols.
