Where should students turn for help with Blackboard?

As in the traditional classroom, Blackboard instructors are the first line of contact for their students. A student login instruction sheet is provided in the Bb faculty training manual and is available for download or viewing from the Blackboard Help section of the IT Web site. Students may also utilize the “forgot password” link on the Bb login page or call the IT Helpdesk at (859) 572-6911 if they are unable to resolve Bb login difficulties.
